I have to confess: I fell for this thing for a good five minutes.

Let me tell you what it's not...

This isn't a site that makes you look at a blurry picture up close for 30 seconds then flashes a scary picture up with someone screaming.

This isn't a site where you put in a description of what you look like and it puts a picture of a gorilla on the screen saying that's what you'll look like in 20 years.

This site is so simple, it's amazingly clever.

Peter Answers is a site where you type in a question and beyond your wildest imagination or expectation, Peter produces the right answer...every time.

When a friend showed me Peter Answers, I was looking around my office for the hidden camera. It went on for about five minutes before I finally figured out what was happening.

The View From Inside A Water Bottle

This is amazing!  Some kind of three dimensional photography captures what it looks like if you were looking at the world from the inside of an empty bottled water container.  You can move all around.  I think the inscription under the bottle is in some kind of german-latin gibberish.

How To Wreck A Deep Space Probe

I didn't know anything about this until today.  NASA had sent multiple probes up into space to get a closer look at the Tempel 1 Comet [link].

The amazing thing is that one of the probes was launched to crash into the comet while travelling at super high speeds.  Last night, they experienced impact.  The other probe was on hand to take pictures of the impact and to peek inside the hole that was left.

Scientists say that this will help them to understand how the universe was formed.  Or at the very least, prove that they have really, really good aim.

Standing on the Word of God

Because we live in a society that says you can sell anything...some people do.  In-souls sells inspirational scripture shoe inserts that you wear.

I hope they use a big font because I'm not sticking my nose in my shoe to get inspired.
