We have some phenomenal clubs and organizations that exist on our campus. We've got a club for photographers, a club for ultimate frisbee, a club for outdoor rec activities, a club for community service projects, and a whole lot more.
Each of these clubs could be non-existent in about 30 days.
Imagine that - great clubs with great purposes - gone.
How does that happen? In a word - leadership.
As we near the end of each school year, these clubs only survive as new leaders take the place of those who are moving on. If this transition does not occur, the club disappears.
That's why it is VITAL that those who are currently leading an organization raise up new leaders to take their place when they're gone.
Listen up current student leader...you will not be successful unless you have a successor.
How do you train someone to lead?
Glad you asked.
Here are three former posts that address this very issue:

Don't let the club you worked so hard for and invested yourself in simply fade away. Raise up some new leaders to continue the work you've done.
