Sounds like a fabulous idea Tim, I'm anxious to see what you have in store for us!

I agree Kathy. Adding value to people is shaped by a wide variety of things: serving, edifying, equipping, training, loving, etc. My hope is that people will identify ways and add to the conversation.

This idea reminds me of one of my favorite words: edify. When I edify others (encourage and build them up) I grow as a person myself. It's definitely mutually beneficial!

Thanks for referring to your post on Ampersand leadership. That is a great concept. I'm hoping that this idea simply "adds" to our efforts to give away as much as we can of our gifts, talents, and lives.
