Phil Gerbyshak has thrown down the gauntlet. He is taking his writing and relationships on the web to a whole new level.
He wants to reach 2000 links back to his blog, Make It Great by 01.01.08. I don't think he'll have any problem with that.
Some of you are regular readers of this blog. You come here to find information and ideas and resources focused on developing student leaders. Some of you quickly realize that most of the information provided here works well for leadership in general.
I think the next step for blogging is the development of relationships, networking, and building communities. It's going to look different then communities of the past. But I like what I'm seeing so far. Through blogging, I've met, talked with, and emailed people ALL over the world.
So I'm in big favor of what Phil is trying to accomplish. He's taking his blog to the next level. Using it as a tool for relationship-building. I'm excited to see him reach and surpass his goal.
So, I'm doing my part...linking back to his blog. But I'm doing a little more as well (which is the beauty of this whole thing).
Phil, if you'd like...I've created a button you can use in the publicity of your goal.
Feel free to use it if you like!
Best wishes on your continued success.
PS. If you haven't checked out Phil's Book, 10 Ways To Make It Great! you've missed out on an opportunity to take your personal growth to a whole new level.
Wow Tim, you are AWESOME! I love the button. I'll definitely be sharing it and using it very soon! :) THANK YOU!
