I came across another great leadership blog at the end of 2006. It's hosted at Leadership Now and simply called "Leading Blog - Building A Community of Leaders". I like it because the authors do a great job of reviewing leadership books and pulling out the summaries.

One of the other bite-sized bits of leadership wisdom they produce is a post called, 5 Leadership Lessons (I like how they spelled - LES5ONS - with a "5" in it! Very creative.)
Here's a brief look at the latest 5 Lessons post:
A wise leader will involve the team in decision-making as far as possible, for the more that people share in decisions that affect their working life the more they are motivated to carry them out.
50/50 Principle: Fifty per cent of our motivation comes from within us and 50 per cent from without us—from our environment, especially the people around us. (These proportions may vary from person to person.) We are more like open systems than closed boxes.
Nobody inspires you more than the person who speaks to the greatness within you.
Visit Leadership Now. It's a lot more than a blog.
